(July 16, 2015) The Ocean Pines Youth Theater awarded $4,400 in college and arts camp scholarships this year to local students.
Each of the six college scholarships was awarded to a graduating senior who has participated in The Ocean Pines Youth Theater productions and is pursing a college major or minor in a performing arts discipline.
The recipients of the college scholarships are: Jarad Godwin, Caroline Lewis, Cecily Sass and Emmi Shockley from The Worcester Preparatory School, Rachel Lynch from Snow Hill High School and Haley Wolfersberger from Parkside High School.
The two arts camp recipients, who will be attending arts camps in New York City this summer, are Kate Carpenter and Scott Devenny.
