Barks in the Forest dog walk event set for Furnace Town

SNOW HILL –After a bitterly cold winter, pet owners and their beloved canines are invited to Furnace Town Living Heritage Village on Saturday, April 5, for the first Barks in the Forest dog walk. Registration will begin at 9 a.m. Admission will be free for pet owners and $10 for dogs. Once registered, the walk will begin at approximately 10 a.m. Included with paid admission will be dog treats and surprises, door prizes, and free admission to the Furnace Town Village following the walk. All dogs must be leashed, under control of their owners, and up to date on all vaccinations.
