Ciara Johnson has received her Property & Casualty Insurance License. She assists the Atlantic/Smith, Cropper & Deeley personal lines’ customer service agents with new business policies. Johnson has two years of insurance experience.

Woulfe joins L&F
Long & Foster Real Estate, the largest independent residential real estate company in the United States, welcomes Julie Woulfe to its Ocean City office. Woulfe brings to her new position a background in retirement planning and financial services, providing her the experience needed to help buyers and sellers achieve real estate success.
Before her real estate career Woulfe worked as a retirement plan consultant, specializing in 401(k) plans, for more than 20 years. She is a graduate of the University of Virginia and the Institute for Paralegal Training, and currently belongs to the Coastal Association of Realtors, the Maryland Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
Woulfe, along with her spouse Terry, raised three sons in Baltimore before moving to Ocean Pines four years ago.

Certified
William “Billy” Hamilton, Jr., clinical director of Tidewater Physical Therapy’s Ocean Pines clinic recently became a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) and is only one of 144 in Maryland with this special certification.
A CHT is an occupational therapist or physical therapist who has a minimum of five years of clinical experience, including 4,000 hours or more in direct practice in hand therapy. In addition, the CHT has successfully passed a comprehensive test of advanced clinical skills and theory in upper quarter rehabilitation. Every CHT is required to demonstrate continued professional development and competency by re-certifying every five years.
Hamilton received his Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus in biology, psychology and history from Salisbury University and his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from University of Maryland Eastern Shore. In addition to the skilled treatment of hands, he offers specialized treatments for total joint replacements (shoulder, hip and knee), balance impairments and vestibular disorders. Hamilton also commonly treats conditions involving the neck and back using specific mobilization and muscle energy techniques (known as “Greenman”).

DeSantis joins team
Fisher Architecture LLC, a locally owned architectural firm providing functional design and construction solutions to clients, announced the addition of Christopher DeSantis to its team of architectural designers.
DeSantis graduated from the University of Kentucky and received a Master of Architecture degree from Virginia Tech in 2014, specializing in structures. He has been a mason for more than 20 years working for his family business. He also has building, heavy construction and design-build experience with Bosacco Builders and F&S Constructors.  
His design skills include certifications in Rhinoceros 4.0, AutoCAD Architecture 2015. As an architectural designer, he will be responsible for CAD (computer-aided design) drawings and projects and producing final renderings for Architects I and II. He also creates manual drawings for projects and project visions by use of rendering.
